Firecare and Security

I started FireCare and Security Ltd when I realised there were gaps in the Fire and Security market for companies to offer a competitive honest approach to regulatory requirements. We all need to make a profit, ultimately it’s why we are in business, but we wanted to create a company based on three core values.

HONESTY – INTEGRITY – SERVICE

So what does this really mean, it’s simple really, all our engineers are on a salary only, no commission.  This means they only recommend additions to a customer’s site to make them compliant with the regulations and not because it makes our company more money or provides them with additional income from commission.

We want to be the best provider of services in the market and that means we service to all the current standards, we do not carry out half a job and charge the customer for a full job.  We have taken over so many sites where companies are clearly leaving a customer open to prosecution or reduced cover on their security.  I take this personally and want my team to get it right for the customer and offer a professional service.

We put our customers at the centre of our business.  We do care about each and every customer and I am more than happy to take feedback, visit customers and deal with complaints personally, we work hard to find customers and we don’t want to lose one.

So what do we do?

We Protect every business no matter how large or small, private, charity or public sector – We offer services to suit.

These regulations are enforced by the Fire Service who prosecute companies and individuals for failing to follow these guidelines, with some fines rising over £1 million.
